Client Account Manager

Testel is a specialist provider of safety testing services and is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join the head office team at Unley.

With a growing Client Base you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing clients, initiating business growth, managing work flows and liaising with field technicians.

Ideally, you will have the following attributes:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience liaising with clients
  • Ability to plan and manage call cycles
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise and work autonomously
  • High levels of energy and motivation
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Willingness to travel interstate

Experience in managing service/trade staff is desirable.

Administration Assistant

National Service Provider with Enviable Market Position

Head Office - Unley

In this role you will provide administrative support to management, be involved in the preparation of tender and contract documents, assist with training and auditing as well as general clerical support to the office.

For this role you must be a self starter, reliable and have the ability to work proactively. The key to your success will be experience in a similar role and you will display the following:

  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to work within a small team
  • Strong work ethic and sense of accountability

Fire Safety Service - National Business Development Manager

As a provider in safety solutions we are diversifying our current portfolio of services to include Fire Safety compliance in line with the current Australia Standards.

The purpose of this role is to build this area of the business through organic growth of our current client portfolio and prospective new business within the whole of Australia.

The responsibilities in the role are:

  • Develop the Fire Safety Business through organic growth and prospective clients.
  • Conduct performance reviews through business analysis and KPI’s.
  • Provide, meet and exceed Clients’ needs through relationship development.
  • Preparation of information, such as quotations and tenders.
  • Provide presentations for new and existing clients.
  • Develop and deliver further services with in Fire Safety Industry.
  • Prepare and submit business reports with contractual agreements.
  • Formulate strategies to develop brand recognition through advertising and marketing.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience within the Fire Safety Compliance industry
  • Technical Background preferably Electrical or Fire Systems
  • Cert II Asset Maintenance (Minimum requirement)
  • Knowledge of Fire Safety products.
  • Working knowledge of Australian Standards in relation to Fire Safety
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Experience of managing key accounts
  • Experience of managing people
  • Natural attention to detail
  • Career and Goal driven
